RUM BALLS 
1 lg. box Nabisco wafers, crushed
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. rum or bourbon

Roll in 1/2 cup Verifine sugar. Roll in 1 inch balls and store in tightly sealed can. Store in refrigerator.

I used carob powder and honey.
