1 can cream style corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Should be enough liquid from corn to moisten - if not add a little milk. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Cook at medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Add 1/8 cup sugar if not sweet enough.
