1 box Crispix cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter over a low burner. Pour over the cereal. Mix thoroughly. Put 2 cups powdered sugar in a paper bag. Add cereal mix. Shake well to coat the cereal. Store in an air tight container.
