PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
1/2 c. long grain rice 2 lbs. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 qt. tomato sauce Combine rice, salt, pepper and hamburger. Shape into balls and pan fry until browned. Place in roaster or casserole dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake covered in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until rice is done. Serve with noodles or potatoes using sauce as a gravy. |
