PORK STEAK CASSEROLE 
4 pork steaks, season to taste
1 pkg. (4 count) hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can green beans, drained
4 to 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 to 2 tsp. chives or flaked parsley

Brown pork steak. Combine in saucepan sour cream, mushroom soup, mushrooms, parsley and half of cheese. Stir and heat mixture, do not boil. Place hash browns in bottom of casserole dish, add green beans on top. Pour mushroom mixture over this and place pork steak on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
