35 ears of corn 1 lb. butter 1 pt. half & half Cut corn off cob. Put in roaster with butter and half & half. Stir. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Stir several times while in oven. Cool. Put roaster in ice water. Put desired amount in seal-a-meal bags and freeze. When ready to serve, add salt and sugar to taste. |
