CHINESE CHOP CHOP 
Beef, chicken breast or pork, cut into thin strips
Bunch green onions, sliced
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Generous dash Mrs. Dash's seasoning

Brown meat and onions in butter. Add seasonings and any or all of the following or some of your own.

Sliced cooked carrots
Water chestnuts, drained
Broccoli flowerets
Cauliflower flowerets
Chinese cabbage, chopped
Peas, frozen or fresh

Add enough water to make gravy. Thicken with cornstarch when veggies are done enough for you. Serve over rice with chow mein noodles.
