STRAWBERRY SAUCE 
4 c. strawberries, washed & hulled
2 tbsp. Tia Maria
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water

Place strawberries, Tia Maria, and sugar in saucepan. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Mix cornstarch with water; stir into mixture. Continue cooking 2 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and set aside to cool. Use as a topping for cakes and with other dessert recipes.
