SOUTH CAROLINA PECAN PIE 
1 lb. light brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. corn meal
2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or by hand, pour into 2 (8 inch) unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 300 to 325 degrees 45 minutes.
