PIGS WITHOUT BLANKETS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, diced
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. cabbage
1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
1 can tomato soup

Combine beef, eggs, rice, paprika, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and form into balls. Slice cabbage and put half into bottom of cooking pot. Add tomato juice. Bring cabbage and juice to boil. Drop meatballs into juice. Cover with remaining cabbage and simmer 1 hour. Add tomato soup, stir and cook another 5 minutes. Serves 8.
