3 eggs 2 c. milk Beat together. Add: 1/2 tsp. salt Add 1/2 of the above mixture slowly to 1 3/4 cup flour; then add the other half. Blend well, and let rest 1 hour. Makes about 40 pancakes or crepes. FILLING: 16 oz. cottage cheese 2 egg yolks Sugar to taste 1 tsp. vanilla Add filling to each crepe. Roll and bake in a buttered baking pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. May add sour cream on top before baking. Serve warm. May freeze before baking for later use. |
