B L TOMATOES 
40 cherry tomatoes
16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. finely chopped iceberg or Romaine lettuce
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cut off tops of tomatoes with a serrated knife. Remove pulp and drain upside down on paper towel for about 15 minutes.

Combine crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce and green onions and mayonnaise. Fill hollow tomatoes with mixture. Makes 40.
