Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1/2 c. browned corn meal (recipe below)
1/4 c. browned flour
Salt and pepper
Fish

Salt and pepper fish, roll in meal and flour mix. Place on cookie sheet spray with Pam. Cook approximately 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.

BROWN CORN MEAL:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 lg. pan of corn meal

Brown corn meal to a light tan. Stir corn meal often. It will burn easy.
