BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
2 pieces day old bread
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
4 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prepare bread crumbs in blender. Add cheese, salt and parsley to crumbs. Mix well. Spread mixture in shallow pan. Melt butter in medium pan. Add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken breasts into butter mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken on rack in large shallow baking tray. Bake until golden and tender, about 1 hour.
