EASY MARSHMALLOW YAMS 
1 large can of yams
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
marshmallows (1/2 bag)

Pour yams into glass baking dish, in small saucepan pour syrup from yams, add brown sugar bring syrup to a boil reduce heat, thicken syrup with corn starch, pour thickened syrup over yams, bake yams at 350°F for 25 minutes, add marshmallows to top of yams, return to oven for 4-5 minutes until marshmallows melt.

Serve.

Makes 4 servings.
