CHICKEN-PECAN SPREAD 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pimento, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lime juice

In a large bow, combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Spread between slices of bread. Wrap and pack for lunch.
