ROASTED GARLIC 
5-6 whole bulbs of garlic, do not peel
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cream cheese, softened

Cut off stem end of garlic so that garlic (do not peel) shows (about 1/8 inch). Place garlic (whole) on cookie sheet. Drizzle with butter, olive and salt and pepper. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

When garlic is cool, squeeze garlic puree out. Cut off end into small bowl. Mix with softened cream cheese (according to taste) and serve room temperature with crackers.
