BROCCOLI POTATO BAKE 
4 sm. potatoes, peeled & diced
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. skim milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook, drain and mash potatoes with butter, salt and milk. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes. Put in casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
