CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 c. diced celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. uncooked rice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. Chinese noodles Brown ground beef, onion and celery. Place in 2 quart casserole. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally. Ten minutes before done, remove cover and top with Chinese noodles. Return to oven for 10 minutes. |
