DOUBLE APPLE SALAD 
2 c. cider
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Pour 1 cup boiling cider over gelatin and salt. Stir to dissolve. Add 1 cup cold cider and chill until partially set. Add apples, celery and nuts. Spoon into a 3 cup mold. Chill until firm.
