SPAGHETTI WITH FOUR CHEESES 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. grated Gouda or American cheese, dicing into sm. pieces works well
2/3 c. grated Swiss cheese, dicing into sm. pieces works well
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. spaghetti
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan. Have cheeses ready. Cook spaghetti to your taste in boiling water. Drain and turn into an electric skillet turned low. Add the first 2 cheeses and toss well. Then add half of the butter and the Swiss cheese. Mix thoroughly. Add freshly ground pepper and salt. Finally, add remaining butter and Parmesan cheese. Toss again and serve hot. (A knife and fork are needed to eat the spaghetti!) Serves 4.
