PAULETTE'S SPINACH DIP | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. mayonnaise (yogurt or sour cream) 1/4 c. lemon juice Cook spinach according to directions. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve with vegetables, crackers, corn tortillas chips or pita wedges. |
