EASY ONION SOUP 
1/4 lb. butter
6-8 med. onions, sliced as rings
2 lg. cans College Inn chicken broth
French bread, toasted
Grated cheeses, Swiss, Muenster, Mozzarella

Saute onions in butter until brown. Add to chicken broth. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Pour into oven-proof dishes. Top with French bread and cheeses. Broil until cheeses melt.
