BILL'S CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 lg. onion
1 med. pepper (green)
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 dash Tabasco
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans with liquid

Mince garlic, onion, pepper and cook in skillet with beef over medium high heat - stir often. Cook until onion is soft and meat no longer pink. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour - stir often. Makes about 8 servings at 75 cents per serving.
