CHICKEN CORNBREAD 
2 cans Swanson's boned chicken, or 2 breasts of chicken, cooked & cut up
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. onion, chopped or 2 tbsp. dehydrated minced onion

Mix chicken, chopped egg and soup in small casserole dish. In a bowl, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Then add cheese and onion. Spread cornbread mixture on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 425 degrees until cornbread is well-browned. Serves 4.
