1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. popped popcorn
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts

Combine sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir quickly until smooth. Pour over popped popcorn mixed with peanuts. Stir to coat completely. Pat mixture firmly into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool, then cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 16 bars.
