GRANNY'S CORN LIGHT BREAD 
4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 c. buttermilk

Preheat 4 well-oiled loaf pans while preheating oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, add liquids and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
