CHICKEN `N RICE | |
1 fryer, cut up Approx. 1/4 jar low sugar apricot jelly Approx. 1/2 jar Kraft Thousand Island salad dressing Mix jelly and salad dressing. If necessary, thin with a very little amount of water. Spread the marinade over the chicken. Pour remaining over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour or until chicken is baked through. Use marinade as the gravy for separately cooked rice. |
