CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1 med. chicken, cooked or turkey leftovers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can broth or more as needed
1 c. cooked spaghetti
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. canned pimiento (opt.)
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Place chicken, spaghetti, onion, pepper and half of cheese in a casserole dish. Mix soup and broth. Pour over chicken and spaghetti. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees with dish covered, 20 minutes uncovered. Serves 6.
