SEAFOOD AND RICE 
Brown rice, enough for 4, prepare separately
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
8 oz. lg. shrimp, shelled, remove veins
1 lb. cod, cut in 1-inch pieces
8 lg. scallops
8 oz. crab, canned
1 clove garlic, sliced
Sm. amount of oil

Use non-stick pan. Saute garlic until very lightly browned. Remove garlic from oil. Saute mushrooms, fish, scallops, and shrimp until cooked. Add crab and heat. Serves 4.
