1 lb. lean beef ground 1 c. sliced onions 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1 tsp. salt and pepper 1 to 2 cans of tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice Cook the first 4 ingredients until meat browned and onion are soft. Add the tomatoes and the uncooked rice. Put in greased baking dish and bake until bubbling and rice are fluffy. |
