LEMON-MUSTARD DRESSING 
1 lg. lemon
2/3 c. olive or salad oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

Grate 2 teaspoons of peel from lemon; squeeze juice from lemon to make 1/4 cup. In small bowl with wire whisk or fork, mix dressing ingredients.
