TOMATO - RICE SOUP | |
3 c. reg. tomato juice 3 c. low salt tomato juice 1 tbsp. grated onion 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 c. raw long grain brown rice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. frozen peas 1 c. frozen corn Combine all ingredients, except peas and corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 25 minutes. Add peas and corn and cook about 5 minutes more. Yield 8 servings. |
