CREAMY SPINACH DIP 
1 (10-12 oz.) box frozen, chopped spinach
4 green onions and half of the tops
3/4 c. parsley sprigs, finely chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash of cayenne pepper

Cook spinach according to directions and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients until well blended. Squeeze spinach with your hands to press out all liquid; add to mayonnaise mixture. Stir to blend. Cover and chill.
