TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 basket cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 head lettuce
1 bottle French dressing
1/2 bottle hot sauce
1/2 can sliced black olives
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. bag natural tortilla chips
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Brown ground beef, kidney beans and onions. Simmer 10 minutes and cool. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and serve.

May be served as a casserole OR topped with sour cream in center, sprinkled with cheese and tortilla chips around sides of dish.
