BEEF BRISKET 
Brisket
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery seed
meat tenderizer
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
barbecue sauce

Place meat on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around the meat. Cover both sides of the meat with liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and tenderizer. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides of meat. Seal foil around meat.

Place in baking dish and marinate overnight.

Bake at 300°F to start, about 1 hour. Then reduce heat to 250°F and bake for 5 hours, or until tender.

Remove foil and add barbecue sauce the last hour, if desired. Cool and slice thin.
