NO NAME CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. flavor, your choice

Cream sugar and shortening together until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour alternately with milk. Heat until smooth. Add flavor of your choice. Pour into a prepared tube pan, no a bundt pan or three (8 inch) layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tests clean. Frost with Fluffy Frosting.

FLUFFY FROSTING:

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Cook until frosting peaks. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat 1 minute.
