2 c. sugar
1/4 stick (2 tbsp.) butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. marshmallow
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into a shallow pan and chill.
