CUSTARD RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
Raisins

Boil rice in 1/2 cup water and salt. Combine rest of ingredients and add rice. Place into greased casserole dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or when inserted knife comes out clean.
