SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 c. raisins
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 baked pie shell

Simmer raisins in water until plump. Drain off excess water, add cornstarch to raisins. Beat egg yolks slightly, add with sour cream, sugar and salt to raisin mixture. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour in shell. Cool. Serve topped with meringue or Cool Whip.
