COFFEE JELLO 
2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. water
2 c. strong coffee
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
Ice cream (optional)

Combine Knox and water in a pan and let sit 2 minutes. Place on low heat and stir until melted. Make strong coffee. When Knox is melted, remove from flame. Add coffee, corn syrup and Kahlua. Pour into individual glasses. Chill. Decorate with ice cream.
