CHILI CON CORNBREAD 
2 (15 oz.) cans chili or 4 c. homemade chili
1 pkg. Gladiola cornbread mix (any variety)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour chili into lightly greased 8" square baking pan. Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Stir in cheese. Pour over chili. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
