CHILI CON CORNBREAD 
2 (15 oz.) cans chili or 4 c. homemade chili
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour chili into Pam, sprayed 8" square baking dish. Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Stir in cheese. Pour over chili. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
