1 cake mix (flavor of your choice)
1/2 c. butter or 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 eggs (according to amount on cake mix box)
Chocolate chips for a chocolate cake mix or butterscotch chips for a yellow
cake mix

Stir cake mix, butter or oil, vanilla, eggs and chips together and drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Note: Raisins, nuts, dried fruits, dates or mincemeat may be added to dough.
