5 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
2 c. milk
2 c. chocolate ice cream, softened

Put peanut butter into a bowl. Pour in the milk and mix with a fork. Put in the ice cream. Mix with an eggbeater until everything is foamy. Pour the milk shake into 4 glasses. Pour over the sink in case you spill.
