CASSEROLE ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 med. garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
2 c. cooked wide noodles

Brown meat and onion, garlic and seasonings. Stir to separate meat. Combine in 1 1/2 quart casserole with soup, water and noodles. Place cheese on casserole. Bake 350 degrees, 30-45 minutes, uncovered.
