HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 lg. chicken breasts (boil, cook and dice)
2 c. diced celery
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. onion, chopped very fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lg. can mushrooms, chopped
Chow mein noodles

Mix all together. Put in a 9x13 baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes. Stir 1 cup of chow mein noodles over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with crackers. Serves 12.
