LIME JELLO MOLD 
2 sm. lime Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Prepare Jello using pineapple juice instead of cold water. Chill until slightly firm, then fold pineapple into Jello. Whip cream until stiff and then whip cream cheese. Mix together with whipped cream and fold or whip into Jello. Fold in nuts. Put in large mold and chill.
