1 box lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
6 marshmallows, cut fine
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 sm. can evaporated milk (chilled)
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add salt and marshmallows. When beginning to thicken, add crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries and can of chilled milk whipped with 6 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
