DOLMATHES (STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES) 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 jar grape leaves

THE EGG LEMON SAUCE (OPTIONAL):

3 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
5-6 tbsp. liquid from pan

Sauce: Beat eggs. Add lemon juice and beat again. Pour into hot liquid 1 tablespoon at a time, while beating. May pour over grape leaves or use as a dip.
